This contemporary floor work and movement class focuses on creating pathways on the floor, vigorous movement and soft acrobatics (which combines contemporary practices with inversions and flight). In this advanced level class, movers will focus on comfortability to experiment with new movement modalities through technical work, coordination and improvisation. Please wear long pants and a shirt that covers the shoulders, knee pads and long sleeves aren’t required, but good to have with you.
