Frame Dance Ballet Teacher
Frame Dance is seeking an experienced and passionate ballet teacher to join our team. This position involves teaching students ages 2 -12, helping young dancers develop technical skills, creativity, and a love of movement in a supportive environment. This position begins either Summer 2026 or Fall of 2026.

Responsibilities:
Plan and teach age-appropriate ballet classes for students ages 2-12
Create engaging lesson plans that balance technique, musicality, and creative expression
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive
Communicate effectively with parents about student progress and studio policies
Participate in recitals, performances, and other studio events
Maintain a safe and organized studio space
Professional communication with supervisors

Requirements:
Professional dance experience (performance background required)
Prior teaching experience with children
Strong knowledge of ballet technique and child development
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Willingness to complete Frame Dance teacher certification (training provided)
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
