This master class explores Movement, Memory, and Migration by blending somatic practices, praise dance traditions across the Diaspora, and Afro-Modern dance techniques. Seamlessly flowing from grounding breathwork to jubilant ring shout choreography, it invites all participants to embody cultural memory and create new expressions.
