Frame Dance Teaching Fellow

This fellowship is designed for students and emerging teaching artists who are passionate about movement education and community engagement and ready to deepen their mastery of early childhood teaching. Over the course of the program, Fellows will receive hands-on experience in classroom settings, shadow master Frame Dance instructors, assist with curriculum planning, and lead portions of classes under mentorship.

Upon successful completion of the fellowship, participants will receive the Frame Dance Teacher Certification, demonstrating their readiness and commitment to dance education in a variety of settings.

As a Frame Dance Teaching Fellow, you will:

  • Assist and co-teach in Frame Dance classes across age groups and skill levels
  • Receive guided mentorship from Frame Dance faculty
  • Participate in professional development sessions
  • Learn inclusive and creative teaching methodologies
  • Join a vibrant community of dancers, educators, and artists

Who should apply:

  • Current students or early-career dancers with an interest in teaching
  • Individuals who are self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn
  • Those who want to make an impact through arts education and movement

This is a part-time, semester-based fellowship with flexible scheduling to accommodate student commitments.
