YOUR SUPPORT
MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE
Want To Support HOUdance?
Whether you donate $5 or $500, every little bit helps.
Your tax-deductible contribution allows Dance Source Houston to continue our work providing meaningful resources to dance artists and organizations, which is needed now more than ever before.
Your contribution supports our mission
to empower the diverse individuals and organizations working in the field of dance throughout the Greater Houston region by means of advocacy, inclusive community engagement, and support services.
We fulfill our mission through convening community members, providing platforms for dancemakers to present their work, distributing funding to individual artists and dance companies, connecting dancers to health resources, and so much more.
Donations may also be made by check and should be addressed to Dance Source Houston, PO Box 130661, Houston, TX 77219.

Through low-cost workshops to connect and better the craft, programs focused on dancer health, and grant opportunities, this organization is committed to bringing sustainability to dance in Houston. The services they provide are crucial for dancers and small dance organizations in Houston.

Giving to Dance Source Houston provides a way for people like me in the dance fan public to support independent members of the diverse Houston Dance Community.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing DSH’s commitment to the Houston dance community. I also experienced the organization’s growth, including conducting a research study to understand the needs of the dance community and making sure that racial equity is a top priority in our arts community. I’m very proud of DSH for fighting for equity, sharing power, and just being downright fabulous.
Walter Hull
Executive Director of Urban Souls Dance Company
Dance Source Houston has been such an excellent resource for the Houston Dance community. Nia’s Daughters Movement Collective is thankful to be a member of such an important organization. In addition to funding and marketing support, Dance Source Houston helps build community between dance organizations which is super helpful for small organizations like ours.
Stacey Allen
Founder of Nia’s Movement Daughters Collective
For years the programming of DSH has supported and created opportunities for dance individuals and organizations of all sizes. It is this commitment to continually assessing the community’s needs and working at solutions for those needs that are to be commended. The dance community needs DSH to survive.
