Sign up to receive a 30-minute appointment with physical therapists from the Memorial Hermann Rockets Sports Medicine Institute – at no cost to you. Whether you’re looking to strengthen, noticing some imbalances in your body, or dealing with an existing injury, this monthly offering provides dancers, dance educators, and choreographers access to recommendations & management strategies from professionals in the field.
Appointments are required and space is limited. Individuals select their preferred appointment time at the form link below and will receive a response from DSH to confirm. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the slot available to another individual.
