Sign up to receive a 30-minute appointment with physical therapists from the Memorial Hermann Rockets Sports Medicine Institute – at no cost to you. Whether you’re looking to strengthen, noticing some imbalances in your body, or dealing with an existing injury, this monthly offering provides dancers, dance educators, and choreographers access to recommendations & management strategies from professionals in the field.

Appointments are required, and space is limited. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make it available to another individual.

Sessions run from September – May.

Eligibility:

Session attendees must be:

• 18 years or older, 
• a dancer, dance educator, choreographer, or other dance worker (professional or nonprofessional), 
• and be available to arrive on time for the requested appointment.
