Led by David Rivera (Houston Ballet), this workshop focuses on the dancer’s experience in front of the camera, offering real-time feedback on how movement translates through the lens. Unlike performing for a live audience, dancing for the camera requires an understanding of framing, angles, and proximity to effectively communicate intention and emotion. Participants will explore how subtle shifts can drastically impact how their performance is perceived on screen.
