Dance Afrikana’s 3rd Annual Kuumba Festival takes place Sunday, December 1st, 2024 from 2-5 p.m. at MATCH (3400 Main Street, Houston, TX. 77002).

There is mandatory tech on Monday, November 25th from 3-5:30 p.m. Applicants must be available for tech. Applications for works up to 10 minutes in length are being accepted from all genres of Black/African performing arts including: Dance Music Theater Spoken Word/Poetry Fashion and more! This opportunity is specifically for individual artists and companies/groups/ensembles who are a part of the African Diaspora.
