The Entertainment Community Fund’s Support Group for Dancers is an eight-week virtual group for professional dancers and choreographers who are currently experiencing hardship due to injury or as a result of extenuating circumstances. Through open discussion and the sharing of resources, this group will work to create a safe space for dancers to support one another through current challenges. As a program of The Dancers’ Resource, this group aims to address isolation and help dancers navigate their relationships with their bodies and the changing field of dance.

This support group is available to anyone living in the United States, Puerto Rico and US territories. A pre-group interview is required. Interviews will take place from January 13–24.

Please note that this is not a psychotherapy group and does not provide mental health treatment. If you are in need of mental health support, please reach out to the Entertainment Community Fund: entertainmentcommunity.org/MentalHealth.
