Isabella Mireles Vik is a movement artist, performer, choreographer and artistic director based in Houston TX. Their primary focus is on contemporary movement methodologies and body performance practices which include, improvisation, contemporary dance techniques, physical theater and body modification. In 2023, Vik established the movement performance project "AUFHEBEN" as artistic director and choreographer. Aufheben is a project based contemporary movement project and school of artistic thought.
