Citizen Pilates is seeking out theatre and dance majors who’d like to apply their artistic skills in an environment that values creativity and expression. Our instructors, many of whom have backgrounds in the performing arts, often find that teaching Pilates enhances their own understanding of body mechanics and movement, which in turn enriches their performances on stage.
